Ecom Express — Not delivering my order on time

Address:BN Hospital and Research Centre Kulikawn Near Kulikawn PS

My order has been stuck in Guwahati for almost one month I can understand it is due to pandemic if not on time or alittle late but why this is too much!!! my order is not moving at all... I send an email no response at all.. call a customer care no response!!! pathetic... other couriers are doing their best deliver everything almost on time. Please Solve ASAP
