[Resolved] Ecom Express — Not delivering tables and cancelling orders | |||
I have ordered for Table Order #[protected] & Order #[protected], delivery status was out for delivery at 10.30 a.m. but around 7.00 p.m, status is mentioned as undelivered and can't be delivered for Order #[protected] and for order #[protected], status mentioned as customer unavailable, I am following up with customer, and they did not receive any call, if you can't deliver tables, why you accept the order from company and wasting customer time. Both orders are in need, deliver it to the customer as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
