I recently made a purchase with Nykaa and they assigned Ecom express for the delivery. Without any call or any other notifications from the delivery centre, they sent some message saying address mismatch to Nykaa and when I contacted your customer care, they are asking me to travel 27kms from my house to pick it from the DC. I have been using this address for many years now and I have received every other packages correctly. Later I heard a lot of reviews about the ECOM EXPRESS MALLAPALLY DC saying they always do this on purpose; they just put some random message and sent the package back without delivering.
Is this what you call it as a trusted courier service??

I wish I had some way to give a positive bad review somewhere and I hope and wish that I never ever have to get another package from ECOM EXPRESS every again. Was this information helpful? |
