Please refer my awb no.[protected] (Ecom express) which was already reached at delivery centre on 06 se 2020 and not deliverd till 08 sep 2020 even after contacted the customer care executive four times. All the executives promise for a call back by concerned team found false statement as i have not received any call back. Dear sir, Today again i have spoke to customer care regarding the consignment. they are unable to provide any detail. Since yesterday i have called them 10 times but no executive has any idea on consingment. all the conversation between me and customer care executive is been recorded with me.
