Ecom Express — Not delivering the product even after getting out for delivery message

Hi,

I have an item ordered from Ajio with tracking Id [protected]. I got the message that item is out for delivery. Soon after I have tracked this in ecom website and it is showing that item can, t be delivered. But no one from ecom contacted me. I tried to contact the in the phone number mentioned in the delivery message, but it is not working saying that my mobile number is unregistered. Could you please as soon as deliver this item.
