Ecom Express — not delivering the product on time | |||
Hi sir, My name is vinod n, i want to file a complaint about the order (Awb number is [protected]) that was placed by me dated 10 th august 2020. Actually i missed the call of delivery boy in the first attempt. Later when i contacted customer care it was conveyed to me that the parcel will be delivered on next working day. But the parcel was not delivered.. I repeatedly made the call to customer care and got the same reply. But i haven`t received my parcel till now. Please do the needful.
