Ecom Express — Not getting otp

But i didn't receive the otp.
While i tried to call the executive of Ecom express they continuously tell me to contact my vendor, and my vendor is do the same. They said they provide the otp to the Ecom express and rest is the responsibility of the courier service to send the sms to the customer. What kind of joke is that?

Updated by Heyriman The shipment is returning back due to delivery OTP problem which was i have mentioned previously.
I didn't expect such kind of service from Ecom Express.
