Ecom Express — Not received my product

I ordered products from Pat Pat website and the delivery was supposed to be given by Ecom Express Limited. It’s been 15days since I have ordered my product and I haven’t received yet. The status is shown as “shipment RTO lock”.
My order id is - [protected]

I want my product to be delivered as soon as possible or else I will find the owner of the company Ecom Express Limited and sue him.
