Ecom Express — not receiving my order due to not receiving otp

Address:Sree Madhukunja Apartment, 44, Rishi Bankim Chandra Rd, Gupta Colony, Barasat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700124

Its been more than 3 days and the company niether responding to my mails nor taking things seriously. They are telling they have send me an otp on my number. But i havent recieved any otp. I have explained and tried to talk with the courier boy several times but he says its policy. I told him to make a call so that i can talk to his executive but he always denies this. I have complaint about and mailed it to them but havent recieved any further replies from them. I tried to contact to customer care service but it always denies that my awb number is wrong and but when i try to track it says its correct and gives me all the details. Please help me out so that i can get my order as soon as possible. Its urgent.

I am unable to receive my OTP but the delivery boy is saying that we can't give the courier like that and he didn't even informed this issue to the higher authorities or the manager and my courier is NON REFUNDABLE Hey do you people think we people don't have any work instead of just calling your customer care number, mailing, going to your Correr because I only reached the courier center and informed to the manager the delivery boy didn't even informed this to the manager
And I want this courier urgently because I has book's and already the classes also started

I made a prepaid order on flipkart, but I mentioned a wrong number while ordering, so I am not recieving otp, so I called ecom express helpline, they told to inform flipkart to update another number, but flipkart people's say now it's not possible, you can tack to ecom express people, they can in need resolution

I am facing the same issue. Have you received the order finally? Or did they returned the product back to the Max and received refund. Pls help me with this
My tracking id's are [protected] and [protected]. . am not receiving otp to my registered mobile no .delivery person came for 3 days continously and took the product back because I didn't receive otp in my mobile number.Please ask the delivery person to consider the id proof and deliver the products. Please review and do the needful.
I have a parcel from Decathlon. Ecom express is unable to send OTP, due to which my delivery is stuck.
I tried calling the customer care but no response.
Please send the OTP or send it via mail.
