Ecom Express — OFD Lock Applied and product not delivered

I have ordered my product on 10.10.2022 and the delivery date was 16.10.2022. The courier boy called me on 16.10.2022 but I was not able to pick up the call at that time. On 17.10.2022, "OFD LOCK APPLIED". On 18.10.2022, no attempt was made to deliver my product. On 19.10.2022, they called me and asked my address but they did not deliver my product. I am tracking my product but always they are showing that they will deliver tomorrow. Everyday, I am updating my address and phone number but nothing is happening. Today i.e 20.10.2022, it is showing "OFD LOCK APPLIED". Please resolve my problem and deliver my product at my address as soon as possible. My Order ID is NYK[protected] and AWB Number is [protected].
