[Resolved] Ecom Express — OFD Lock Applied- Out for delivery since a week

Hi My AWB #[protected] It was dispatched on 10th and has been in OFD status since 13th of August. It daily says our for delivery but you guys never deliver. You guys don't pickup any call or no dot update. Please update me about my product, I have been waiting and trying to contact you in all possible manner but this is highly unprofessional of you. Aug 17, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved The compliant is not resolved. They not once tried to call me or deliver me. And not saying complaint is resolved. What a shame! You guys are putting lie over here. I will go to police. Get my product delivered today!!! Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
