Ecom Express — Ofd lock on my order | |
I was supposed to get an order of medicines delivered yesterday with tracking #[protected]. The delivery executive called me and adked me to collect the order midway from him. When i refused he gave it at a shop midway and told me to collect from there. Only my parents are at home and they cant travel and get the order. That’s why i chose a courier with door delivery. Now tracking the order shows that it has gone into ofd lock and will take 24to48 hours for it to unlock and they will then deliver it to my address. Ecom customer care executives doesnot understand the issue and asked me to simply wait. I’ve seen many similar complaints online again ecom express. Please steer clear of them as they seem irresponsible about their services
