Ecom Express — OFD Lock on the order and the delivery agent didn't contacted me for delivery

I have been receiving daily messages stating that my product is out for delivery. However, by the end of each day, I am notified that the delivery has not been completed due to unspecified reasons and now the status is OFD lock (AWB No. [protected])

The primary issue appears to be that the delivery agent is not contacting me for delivery. Despite having the contact numbers of both the delivery agent and the DC manager of Ecom Express, neither of them is responding to my calls. I am trying to contact them daily, but they are not responding to my calls.

Additionally, I have raised complaints directly with Ecom Express through email several times, but no action has been taken, and I have not received any response from their customer service team.
