I have made an order with peter england (Order number 3713409) on 13/09/2020. I have got a email from them stating the order has been shipped through ecom express. As per their order confirmation email the estimated delivery date was 21/09/2020 but the order is not yet been delivered. After the due date i have raised multiple complaints with both ecom express and peter england. But i have not yet received any information regarding my order. I could not able to contact with customer care also.in ecom express's shipment tracker it is now showing that the shipment information received and shipment rto locked. Awb no [protected] and [protected]
