Ecom Express — Order not delivered and ofd lock is applied

I order my product before 15days it was always showing your order will be delivered tomorrow and now ofd lock is applied. I am daily updating my scheduling date and my phone number but nothing response from your side and I also tried to talk to customer care but no one attending call they always say executive are busy in another call ..I want my order as soon as.now the date of delivery is showing[protected] ...I hope the delivery should be done by Tomorrow...but why this is happening... please it my request to you ... delivered my order because it is urgent ...
