[Resolved] Ecom Express — Order not delivered and shows unable to connect

I have two orders coming through Ecom Express on Nykaa. Both the orders are in Mumbai and show ‘unable to connect’ in tracking. One of the orders is stuck since the last four days. I stay near Mumbai and the order should have been delivered by now. It just shows that the order will be delivered today since the last four days but the order is not delivered. It has nit even reached destination. There is no update or explanation as to why this is happening. The AWB numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Kindly address this.
