Ecom Express — Order not delivered and worst customer service

My AWB number- [protected] was marked delivered on 8th February but my order has not reached to me till now. I made lots of complaints to Ecom express but haven't received any update from them.
Delivery boys also called me from their personal number to take my aadhaar card photo but I haven't given him.
