Updated by SoumiCustK No!!!. I haven't received the order yet!!!.
As far as OTP is concerned, the delivery person called me and asked for the OTP to deliver the product. Since I was not available at home, I told him to hand it over to the security guard of my apartment and then I shared the OTP with the person. But the order is not given to security and I didn't receive any call from security for confirmation.. After 20mins of sharing the OTP I received the message saying the order is delivered!!!. But when I check with the security guard about the delivery, there was no record of delivery to my apartment!!!.
Please check who was the delivery person assigned to deliver the order to my address on 2nd January and ask him to whom he has delivered the order.!!! If the person is saying he has delivered the order correctly to my apartment then ask him to check with the person to whom he has delivered on that day!!! I hope there will be record of the delivery person in your system. Please check it and contact him.

I am very much disappointed now!!!. There is no action taken for my issue!!!. Why aren't you taking this on priority?!!!.
