[Resolved] Ecom Express — order not delivered. but the status shows that it is delivered?!. | |||
My awb no is [protected]. The status of my order shows that it is delivered on 2nd january 2020. But still i didn't receive my order. I called the customer care number [protected] but still i didn't receive any satisfactory answer. They are unable to tell me when the issue will be resolved!. I tried calling the contact number that was given in the message (Executive phn no: [protected]). But no response!!. I am very much disappointed with ecom delivery service!! Kindly help!.
