Ecom Express — order not delivered yet and service

My order is at ecom express courier office and i can't received my order. Only my goes out for delivery for false view but they can't delivered yet . Ecom express service is very bad and they can't do their duty properly. I also call customer care but they cut my call again and again. My AWB NUMBER IS [protected] and many more order that is pending . I order products from amazon and flipkart. Please help me because ecom express not listen my problem .
