I ordered 4 products (pre-paid) from AJIO, 2 products went to XPRESSBEES and another 2 went to ECOMEXPRESS (ALL ARE SAME ADDRESS). In this 4 orders I received 2 products from XPRESSBEES (perfect) and 1 product from ECOMEXPRESS (AWB no. [protected]) . The remaining 1 product via ECOMEXPRESS (AWB no. [protected]) should reach by 23 march 2022. On that day evening delivery person called and asked me about the address, I gave many hints and that person don't know even the area and he only knows the native language (no English & Hindi). after that he told to wait for 15-30 mins he's on the way. After that I got message marked as undelivered and he's not at all attempting to deliver.
26th march 4:31pm I received a message that it's out for delivery, I tried to call that service number with the product PIN but it didn't connect, I checked with AWB number on their website and there it's showing 4:36pm that again marked as undelivered. When I'm complaining their remarks is area PIN code not matching and I gave the delivered product AWB number, so they understand that the delivery person entering wrong remarks and they're telling me to wait for 24hrs 48hrs.NO RESPONSE. again I called same things REPEAT. again today I called REPEAT.
I've many other works to do and they're wasting my time a lot.
I don't know about the compensations and all when the delay in delivering a product. Was this information helpful? |
