Ecom Express — Order not received AWB [protected]

I would like to lure your attention to an important issue that I have faced due to your services. Meesho sent me a parcel on 27th March 2021. On 1st April 2021 I have received a message from your side stating that my online AWB [protected] will deliver on that day. On next day also I received the same message. Then I dialed on [protected] and spoke with your executive. As 1st& 2nd April were holidays, I can’t receive the parcel as my delivery address was office address. Your executive ensured me that the product will be delivered on the next day. (ie 3rd April 2021) But I didn't get it on that day also. And again contacted your executive and the response from his side was very disappointing. He told me that he will not deliver it on that day as the parcel was counted old on his view. He also mentioned that there were no losses for me as the order was 'cash on delivery'. I couldn’t expect such a rude behavior from your executive. And today I received a message from Meesho stating that their delivery partner (ie. Ecome Express) were unable to deliver my order and it had been returned to the supplier. This is very very disappointing as the order was much important for me. Can you please investigate my complaint and notify me the follow up actions.
