Ecom Express — order not received

As we were having curfew today in srinagar's downtown i havn't recieved my order yet but when i am tracking my order it shows thah i had recieved it today.
Another thing is that i got message from your office at 31 july 2017 but then i got call from your office that they have lost our order and will give same order on another customer 's name of silver colour but don't tell to company if you will recieve call from their, then suddenly i galot message that ur order is undelivered today
