Ecom Express — Order stuck in transit for more than 3 weeks

I placed an order via an online store for computer parts. The order was shipped via Ecomexpress and the tracking number given was [protected]. The order was placed on the 20th March 2023 from Delhi and till date the tracking page shows the status to be in transit since 23rd March 2023. And there are no updates to the tracking number since the 23rd March.

It surely cannot take 3 weeks to ship parcels from Delhi to Bangalore. I tried writing to [protected]@ecomexpress.in multiple times, but no response till date. Also their IVR number [protected] only says "Your order cannot be delivered due to" and gets disconnected.

Please resolve this as soon as possible.

Thanks for the clarification on this. I cannot understand how the shipment can be sent back to origin without even one delivery attempt to the consignee. There was no updates shared whatsoever throughout the journey. Request you to take this feedback to the concerned teams internally to ensure such a thing is never repeated as it just creates a very bad impression and experience for everyone involved; and it only tarnishes the image of the company.
