[Resolved] Ecom Express — order undelivered | |||
Order number - [protected] Awb no[protected] dated 6th january 2019. Ordered this and waiting for delivery, status changed to undelivered on 10th jan without any call or arrival for delivery and still now its showing as undelivered but the packet not yet reached to me. Nearly 20 days now, and still no idea where is the packet and how the condition of the things inside the parcel. Very poor service and no contact number of the courier company showing / picking.
