[Resolved]  Ecom Express — Order was not delivered, but status updated to delivered

I had a very pathetic experience with this order. Ecom Express Delivery boy did not come to the location. Neither did he call me for asking Pin. I just got the message that my order was delivered at 4:00PM. I tried to connect with security personnel of the building for confirmation but he said no one came.

I myself went down to check but no one had come. I live in a society which is under CCTV surveillance and every courier entry is also recorded by security personnel.

Ecom Express delivery boy did not come at all and just updated the status as delivered. Parcel contained precious items. Every time I call customer care, they say that they will resolve issue in 72hrs. They are not even sharing phone number of delivery boy. AWB Number: [protected]

Today, on 13th Aug, 2021, I received my Order. He had delivered my parcel into the adjacent society building as he had some other parcels from that building as well. So, he recovered the parcel today (13th Aug, 2021) and handed it to me in the afternoon.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have CCTV recording with me and phone recordings of delivery boy as well. In cctv footage of my society it can be seen that your delivery boy did not come at all. He just updated the status of the order to delivered without actually delivering the product. I don't know what he did with the order.

I will share these proofs with Ajio as well as well as National Consumer Helpline, and will ask them to take action.

Its already been 3 days and I have been calling you for resolution each and every day multiple times, but you could do nothing in these 3 days.
