[Resolved] Ecom Express — order yet not delivered | |||
I have still not received my ordered product from hopscotch through ecom express. And i have received a message that "your shipment undelivered as customer not available nd wrong address.2 shipments are pending. I have not received any calls from delivery boys regarding the shipment. I have tried to contact customer care through out a day. And the reply is"all executives are busy right now. Please try after some time. Got one contact no of delievery boy named as mr. Khan told me to deliver by today bt he is also not picking up the call his contactno is:[protected] Awb:[protected] and awb: i[protected] Are undelivered after 1st attempt on[protected].
