Ecomm express is the worst courier service I have ever seen. I have encountered a lot of problems while seeking the services of them. Unfortunately the products I order from online websites end up couring the products in Ecomm express and it takes days or months (almost more than a month from the date of delivery) to reach us. I feel that this company should be shut. They even give false guarantee regarding their delivery dates and we end up spending time at the place where the product is intended to get delivered. I personally feel that this courier company should really be shut.
