Ecom Express — package not delivered but marked as completed in system | |||
Is this a real company or a bogus fake number and courier service I only got SMSes that my online order willl be delivered. But when I called he said he will come but no luck for 2 days and then 3rd day SMS also did not reach me. When I called, they generated the SMS and immediately marked the package as delivered even without making an attempt. The helpline has no idea about the Bangalore address for me to go pick up myself. So wondering if I have been scammed or this is a real business at all. (AWB [protected]) Now when I try calling it says invalid AWB number!! Was this information helpful? | |||
