Ecom Express — Package not delivered even after reaching final destination point for 15 days | |
Hi, This is my AWB number Ecom Express - [protected] I ordered coconut fertilizer from ugaoo and the package reached Kundapura delivery point on 25/05/2021 But the delivery guys did not call nor did they attempt delivery. They kept on updating false satus as 'CUSTOMER unavailable' I mean are you ### kidding me? Who stays outside during these lockdown days. I and my whole family was in my house waiting for the package 24*7. Yet they did not deliver it. I contacted CUSTOMER care. You would think that the company actually has contact details of its delivery centers and agents. Again wrong. This is so unprofessional as the CC told me the company doesnt keep track of its delivery center contact details. They kept answering that the package will be delivered in 24-48 hours and how deeply sorry they were. I think they have no drops of humanity left in them to keep promising such things. This happened thrice which means I waited for 48 hours three times. But after all these, do you know what happened? They are returning my package. I am claiming Rs 1 lakh compensation for non delivery of my essentials and playing the waiting game with fraud updates and bad CUSTOMER service. These delivery guys need to be fired and these scums need to be taught a lesson. Was this information helpful? | |
