I have done online shopping many times before and never seen these kind of irresponsible and bad service.
The amazon package has reached local facility vadakara on 7 july '20 and the status they updated in website is 'delivery attempted' without giving a single call. On the same day we followed up the customer care and requested them to deliver it next day. Also requested them to share the local facility contact number but they refused it by assuring the next day delivery.
But nothing happened on next 2 days, so again we called and requested to deliver. As usual got response that they will be delivering it next day. But that also not happened.
Then again called them after 2 days, got reply "will be delivering it next day"
Then on 14th july i saw the statues updated as 'returning to seller'. This time we got the response that they are returning it as amazon instructed to do so.
Even we checked with amazon and they said they didn't say anything like that.
Its completely irresponsible behavior from ecom express
And we are now concerned and afraid to buy even from amazon because they linked to these kind of worse courier service.
