[Resolved]  Ecom Express — parcel lost | wrong delivery update | shipping related | awb no[protected]

Dear sir\ ma'am
My parcel (Awb no[protected] was being shipped by ecom express. It was supposed to be shipped on 11 or 12 november 2018 but due to some technical issue, my contact number was unreasonable for some time! After that, i received only one message from ecom express that i am attaching with.

I tracked on club factory app, it was showing to be redispatch on next business day, but after 2-3 days it was showing delivered but i didn't receive my parcel yet. Then i tracked it on ecom express that is showing that my parcel is delivered on 12 november 2018.

I didn't get my parcel. Kindly help me with this issue and provide me my parcel.

I am attaching some pictures of my order and address on that order supposed to be delivered. Please find them.

As your ecom express website not working properly. I unable to track my order.The tracking ID is correct when i enter it on ecomexpress tracking page it shows that The no. Is incorrect and not exist. Plese solve this problem as soon as possible.

My customer didn't get her parcel but it shows delivered on 27 july.i complaint many times in ecom express bt they r saying same thing from one mnth tht the process is in follow up.today I got a call from ecom office rewari.they said ur parcel got misplaced from our courier boy nd i[censored]r customer gives us in written tht the parcel is received thn we will refund your money within 2sec..how it could be possible tht she lies if she didn't get any parcel..is this ur refund policy..u take first false statements from customer then return their money..very desappointed from ecom express...pls refund my money..it was prepaid order...

I had availed a callme service on 18 th July 2021 and now it has been more than a month but still I haven't received my mobile phone back, so I contacted realme customer care but they told me to wait and wait for many weeks, so therefore now I contacted Ecom express and they told me that my package has been stolen from their delivery center Noida, And when I asked them to solve my problem they told me to contact the seller of my phone, I have purchased this phone from realme.com .
