[Resolved] Ecom Express — parcel not delivered and pathetic service

I have order item from hopscotch and they sent the item using ecomexpress. Both hopscotch and ecom express have worst customer support. They never bother about customer relation no follow up by any one. My parcel not delivered. As per there status could not able to contact the person, and returning the parcel. But the never called me or have done any delivery attempt. Pathetic service. Avoid this kind of courier companies. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
