[Resolved] Ecom Express — Parcel not delivered (out for delivery lock by amazon)

My parcel having tracking id[protected] was ordered on amazon and was supposed to be delivered by ecom express. once the parcel had arrived the shipping address after which the parcel is being tagged with OUT FOR DELIVERY LOCK by amazon. 24th march i have called amazon and they have removed this lock. to reassure i have contacted ecom express on the same date and being informed that the parcel will be delivered in 24 to 48 hours. today i.e. 31st march i enquired again about my parcel with ecom and they informed me again to call amazon to remove the out for delivery lock. how many times do they expect me to do the same. to save time i has ordered online and here they have been wasting my because i have to call both sides again and again.
this is a completely dissapointing since there is no co-ordination among amazon and ecom express teams.
