Always having bad experience from e com express.I booked paytm kyc, on the booked date a person called me from e com and he said he will come that day afternoon I waited for him till night but no one came.And last I got a message that saying we tried but couldn't complete the process.After that I rescheduled the appointment and the same was happened Was this information helpful? | |||

Issue on paytm kyc verification for me also. Ecom
Express messaged and said kyc agent will arrive for verification and noone has come for verification till now. This has been going on since 4 august 2021 for the last 4 days.
