[Resolved] Ecom Express — pick up failed message | |
My name is naseem. I orderd flipkart product. That is coming through courier Ecom express.. The tracking id is [protected]... There is no update in 2 days.. It shows only pick up failed..25 th march is delivery day. But i am not sure it come on that day... I called ecom express and they said it will be by katrocket. They said contact katrocket.. This is not the first time I'm complaining about Ecom express. The Gangtok brand doesn't do there work at all. My product has not been delivered yet. Awb no[protected] please help me out with this. I ordered another product too on the same day which I have received 5 days ago and this product I haven't got

The parcel has reached guwahati (assam) and from there everyday they pick up for shipment and everyday it gets cancelled. I don't understand what's going on. But please understand i am in urgency and I won't be able to receive the parcel after 18th October because i will be out of town . Please understand my situation . Its a request please
