Ecom Express — Pick-up is not happening

We are messho supplier and using Ecom services as 3PL currier partners

Since a week local pick-up guy is making fool And not coming for order pick-up however office staff or his senior also not showing interest to fix the issue

Still we have 15 pkts which are waiting for pick-up but no one is coming to pickup

Very bad unprofessional and pathetic service from Ecom

Getting business loss due to this as well
