Ecom Express — Picked my parcel, but not in update and no response

Good morning sir, I have booked a kiaaron saree from meesho. Which was delivered to me on 13th October.On same day I placed a return pick up. Because of product quality. Ecom express courier partner has collected the product on 14 th October, But not updated as picked up. It's been a 10 days which I had no idea, since 14 th October to 24 th October till date, I'm calling meesho customer care regarding status of picked up and everyday they are telling to me. Your product is not picked up yet. We will not be able to process the refund I'm mentally getting harassed by the company's irresponsible. It's almost 10 days I'm following them. I'm really fed up. So please help me in getting my refund. It will greatful to you.
