[Resolved] Ecom Express — pickup not yet done

Hello. I’am a seller at elanic. I sold a couple of products on 15th may and requested the pickup to be done at 16th may. One of the products is to be picked up by ecom express. It has been four days but nobody has come to pick it up yet. I contacted elanic and they said they’ve already informed you. Why is the pickup delayed? Please arrange it to be picked up soon.
