[Resolved]  Ecom Express — "Pickup rescheduled" status for last 5 days

"Pickup rescheduled" status for last 5 days does my package is lost or forgotten or no space in vehicle to transfer?

As checked with Myntra their one and only response is we handed over to ecomm express logistics kindly check or track with AWB bill number.

When raised several queries on ecomm express portal there is no response from them till now.

Finally after raised complaint the package delivery process resumed and status changed to in transit and I received it.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
