Ecom Express — Poor delivery boy behaviour and irresponsible pick up attitude

Mr. Jiten Dubey a delivery boy of Lakhipur branch of Ecom is not behaving properly neither is take the pick up nor he deliver the product at my house. Poor behaviour is a common thing in him. I am not able to use the services of Ecom after payment also.
