My courier is delivered at ecom express branch vellarikundu, kasaragod, kerala-671533. The item that i ordered is an emergency one. I gave the delivery details clearly along with the order. My place is easily accessible for the delivery back boys and it is road side. They are not willing to deliver the item. I got a call from ecom express delivery agent in a disrespectful manner. "if you want your order, you can come some other town (Which is very far away form the given delivery address details) or else we will return the order". I didn't face such a mannerisms form the part any 'other delivery agents' other than those who work for ecom express. I hope your company (Ecom express) has some credibility in taking action against such bad mannerisms. I attach the details of my order below
