My parcel from Ajio has reached jamshedpur on 16th of october..But I was not given the delivery..I have been continuously following up with them and daily I was given a false commitment that my delivery will be done the next day..It's been 10 day..I have daily visited their office..They say that my parcel is untraceable..It's with them only..iT WAS A PREPAID PARCEL..I will not take money in place of products..As I have ordered the item on sale..I have also paid for the product..Now pls look into the matter..I will be forced to file a complaint in consumer court
