Hii...I have ordered some item on 31st October and scheduled delivery date was 6th November. But Ecom Express employee Krishnendu Mondal, didn't even call me and reported my location not found even though I receive a lot of parcels at this address. From 10th November I have been calling their customer care number every day and they are saying within 24 hours delivery will be made. Till today nothing is received.
