On 17 Jan I bought product from pepper fry which shipped on 19 Jan and delivery date was 29 Jan.
Pepper fry delivery partner ecom express every day sends message that " product will be delivered today" but they don't and later, end of the day send message as delivery failed,
When we try to contact on their given no. they don't receive it. I haven't seen such a pathetic and frustrating courier service ever. They are not providing accurate status update even.
I am leaving city on 5Feb and yet it's not delivered neither I get any cancellation option in pepper fry. Such a harrasment to customers . Was this information helpful? |
