Ecom Express — product delivery not done yet | |||
My awb no [protected] and courier boy putting status "shipment un-delivered shipment attempted - customer refused to accept" just by giving missed call. After 4th attempt done by him. Already 10 days over to unable to get my product. I want to know where is my product and [protected] (Delivery center) never received call to know status of my product delivery. Now product is on hold in delivery center. After contacting customer care, they are just told me to wait 24-48 hours to release hold. Customer care is also not ready to give address of delivery center. Was this information helpful? | |||
