Ecom Express — Product Delivery - OFD Lock Applied | |||
Hi Sir/Madam I was supposed to get a delivery from Smytten and it’s been 3 days they are delaying it and today it’s over scheduled date that is 15/04/2021. First I got a text from them on 13th afternoon that my product will be delivered today and I got no parcel then they called and informed me that I am going get in on 14th and got a text on the same day but I got no parcel then when I managed to reach the delivery person via PIN number through registered phone number he gave an excuse that my phone was unreachable as I never got a call which can’t be possible as am in home my phone is on and he don’t know about my location or don’t know the area but I gave my proper address and he don’t even try to use the gps but then promised a delivery that day if possible or tomorrow but he never call to inform me. Finally yesterday on 15th I got a text of delivery and two missed calls from them but I was sleeping then as I do hardcore night shifts but didn’t got a parcel yet as they can’t find my location using gps or ask me about to neighbours so I tried to reach them by Pin Number again but it is not connecting to a delivery person saying incorrect pin though that was updated pin send to me via text that day and I tried full day and failed to get in anybody on phone and they don’t have any helpline numbers and there is one website which keep on being disconnected. I wrote a complaint to Smytten as well explained to them but not yet heard from them and today when I checked delivery status it is show as “OFD Lock Applied” and pre-paid delivery and I don’t see any mail or messages from Smytten about refund so according to them I have to leave all my work full day and wait for a delivery even ignoring sleep and if I fail to pick up a call my parcel will never be delivered and will have to face harassments as it is pre-paid.
