Ecom Express — Product did not delivered | |||
I was ordered on oct 22 which was face serum of tribal products but the product didn't delivered and I tried to contact the customer service and they said within 24 hours you will get delivered still didn't delivered and today 10/11/21 i tried to call the customer service but they said that my product went to rto lock and I have to call ship rocket and unlock. But I asked him to how to unlock because I don't know he was rude and he didn't replied and I tried to call some number which was shown searched and it went like it was fraud number and they tried to access my phone with the app "anydesk" and I recalled Ecom customer service number and they said it was my mistake. At any cost I want my product should be delivered at any cost. And this was my AWB number[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
