Ecom Express — Product had manufacturing defect and I have to return it

I ordered phone on 15 April 2021 and product had manufacturing defect i had applied for refund 1 time but they had cancelled my request.. Now also o have applied for refund but they did not attend my call.. And giving long date to pick my phone again please help
