Ecom Express — Product held at Kochi hub since 30th May

My item has been arrived at Kochi hub without any issues but has stayed there since 30th May. The courier has not attempted to progress the shipment. No response to queries made through online form and phone calls are not answered. The courier also don’t provide any contact details for local offices making it impossible to get an update. Courier companies must be fined for hold ups like these when the public is relying on e-commerce for most urgent purchases due to lockdown. The lockdown rules here allows courier companies to operate, so that can’t be the reason.
