I have ordered a product from GoMechanic and the shipment has been started on 24th January 2022 via Ecom Express (AWB [protected]).
The Guaranteed delivery date was 29th January 2022.
Till today (31st January 2022), I haven't received the product. When I call the customer care executives, they say that they don't know the reason for not being delivered and claim that the product is somewhere in transit.
